Il est utile et fortement conseill\u00e9 pour toute nouvelle construction ou pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de votre\u00a0<strong>score PEB<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ce test permettra de valoriser l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air d\u2019un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 travers l\u2019introduction de la mesure d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air du b\u00e2timent dans le\u00a0<strong>logiciel PEB<\/strong>. Dans le logiciel PEB la valeur par d\u00e9faut de l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l\u2019air est de\u00a0<strong>12 m\u00b3\/h.m\u00b2<\/strong>, ce qui est fortement p\u00e9nalisant.<\/p><p>Un test d\u2019infiltrom\u00e9trie dans une maison 4 fa\u00e7ades r\u00e9nov\u00e9e partiellement, pourra sans trop de difficult\u00e9 atteindre la valeur de\u00a0<strong>4 m\u00b3\/h.m\u00b2<\/strong>. (valeur v50 appel\u00e9e \u00ab petit v50 \u00bb)<\/p><p>Le volume de fuite\u00a0<strong>V50<\/strong>\u00a0(appel\u00e9e \u00ab grand V50 \u00bb) permet de d\u00e9finir la valeur\u00a0<strong>n50<\/strong>\u00a0par la formule\u00a0<strong>v50=V50\/Atest<\/strong>.<\/p><p>O\u00f9<\/p><ul><li><strong>V50<\/strong>\u00a0: mesure obtenue lors du test d\u2019infiltrom\u00e9trie<\/li><li><strong>A test<\/strong>= surface de d\u00e9perdition d\u00e9limitant le volume prot\u00e9g\u00e9 (les parois mitoyennes ne rentrent pas en compte dans cette surface).<\/li><\/ul><p>Pour la mesure, un syst\u00e8me\u00a0<strong>BlowerDoor<\/strong>\u00a0est plac\u00e9 dans une porte ext\u00e9rieure ou dans une fen\u00eatre du b\u00e2timent. Toutes les autres portes ext\u00e9rieures et fen\u00eatres sont ferm\u00e9es, toutes les portes int\u00e9rieures du b\u00e2timent restent ouvertes, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une circulation d\u2019air dans le b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me de mesure BlowerDoor cr\u00e9e une d\u00e9pression. Pendant la visite du b\u00e2timent, les fuites sont maintenant localis\u00e9es et document\u00e9es. Le taux d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019air\u00a0<strong>n50<\/strong>\u00a0indique combien de fois par heure l\u2019air est compl\u00e8tement renouvel\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent dans les conditions de test.<\/p><p>(Pour une mesure conforme aux normes, il convient d\u2019effectuer \u00e0 la fois un test BlowerDoor avec d\u00e9pression et un test BlowerDoor avec
