Le rapport de la visite de contr\u00f4le est remis \u00e0 l\u2019acheteur lors de l\u2019acte de vente. Cette remise est \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9e dans l\u2019acte.<\/p><p>La visite de contr\u00f4le \u00ab\u00a0vente\u00a0\u00bb est impos\u00e9e dans la section 8.4.2. du\u00a0<span class=\"file-with-file-info file file--mime-application-pdf file--application-pdf\"><a href=\"https:\/\/economie.fgov.be\/sites\/default\/files\/Files\/Publications\/files\/RGIE-Annexe-Livre-1-Installations-a-basse-tenstion-et-a-tres-basse-tension-2025.pdf\"><strong>Livre 1\u00a0<\/strong><strong>du R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur les installations \u00e9lectriques<\/strong>\u00a0(PDF, 5.38 Mo)<\/a><\/span>, approuv\u00e9 par l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 8 septembre 2019.\u00a0<\/p><p>La visite de contr\u00f4le lors de la vente n\u2019est pas obligatoire, si le vendeur et l\u2019acheteur s\u2019accordent sur le fait que cette visite est superflue parce que l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique de l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation sera totalement r\u00e9nov\u00e9e ou parce que l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation sera d\u00e9molie. Cet accord est \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9 dans l\u2019acte.<\/p><p>L\u2019acheteur est oblig\u00e9 d\u2019informer la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Energie du SPF Economie de cet accord. Il lui remettra une copie du rapport de contr\u00f4le de la nouvelle installation \u00e9lectrique d\u00e8s que celle-ci sera mise en usage, sauf si l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation est d\u00e9molie sans reconstruction ou avec reconstruction autre qu\u2019une unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/economie.fgov.be\/fr\/publications\/controle-des-installations\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"6a537171-7d51-4a9d-9a23-8facaa29a784\">Plus d&rsquo;informations<\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Que se passe-t-il si votre installation est en infraction lors du contr\u00f4le ?<\/span><\/p><p>En cas d\u2019infractions constat\u00e9es durant la visite de contr\u00f4le\u00a0<strong>lors de la vente<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019une habitation, l\u2019acheteur a <strong>18 mois<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de la date de l\u2019acte de vente pour remettre l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique en ordre et pour faire r\u00e9aliser une nouvelle visite de contr\u00f4le par un organisme de contr\u00f4le agr\u00e9\u00e9 de son choix.<\/p><p>En cas d\u2019infractions constat\u00e9es lors de la nouvelle visite de contr\u00f4le r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019acheteur \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une vente, vous devez rem\u00e9dier aux infractions sans retard et prendre toutes les mesures ad\u00e9quates en cas de maintien en service de l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique, afin que les infractions ne pr\u00e9sentent pas un danger pour les personnes et les biens. Une visite de contr\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire de l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai maximal d\u2019un an \u00e0 compter de la date de la visite de contr\u00f4le. Elle doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e par le m\u00eame organisme de contr\u00f4le agr\u00e9\u00e9, qui v\u00e9rifiera la disparition des infractions.\u00a0<strong>Voir aussi ci-apr\u00e8s pour la visite de contr\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Visite de contr\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire et r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;organisme agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/span><\/p><p>La visite de contr\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire par le m\u00eame organisme de contr\u00f4le agr\u00e9\u00e9 vise \u00e0 :<\/p><ul><li>garantir la mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019installation dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable ;<\/li><li>confier \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de contr\u00f4le agr\u00e9\u00e9 initial la responsabilit\u00e9 de v\u00e9rifier la lev\u00e9e des infractions constat\u00e9es, le mieux plac\u00e9 pour en attester.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
